If the complaint is about this site, such as how your request was passed along or something you read here, send it through the form and start your message with the word "Complaint". Include what happened and what you would like done. Every complaint sent this way is reviewed, and any reply goes to the contact details you give.

If the complaint is about a roofer, remember that this site does no roofing work and does not control any roofer's prices, schedule or workmanship. Raise the problem with the roofer in writing first, explain what you want put right, and keep copies of the contract, photos and payment records. You are welcome to tell this site about it through the form as well.

Questions or complaints about an insurer, an insurance claim or a public adjuster go to the Ohio Department of Insurance.
